CHURCH GIVES TO FLOOD VICTIMS IN THE NIGER DELTA REGION

Some flood victims have expressed gratitude over the relief materials given to them by the New Apostolic Church in the South South Working Area.

They made their feelings known in separate interviews with our Correspondent in Port Harcourt.

The District Rector for Erema District, South South, Evangelist Igwe Chinedum, his Ahoada East counterpart, Evangelist Onoleka Robinson, Evangelist Victor Obaraka of Abua Zone and Evangelist ThankGOD Expenses of Ogbia zone, prayed GOD to Bless their South South Apostle for initiating the move for the relief materials.

For Evangelist Christian Uturu of Engene Ijaw and Ishieka Philimon of Ahoada West the materials would bring succor to the impoverished communities which were affected by the flood.

On their part, Retired Bishop Samuel Banuna and Elder Gibson Kpegasi who supervised the distribution of the materials, called on Christians to show more support to the flood affected victims.

Some of the items identified in the relief materials distributed by the New Apostolic Church to the flood victims were; Catons of Indomie noodles, bags of rice, beans, onions, jars of vegetable oil and lots more.
