NDDC HOLDS PERSONAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT TRAINING, ADVISES STAFF TO AVOID DEBTS

Staff of Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC; have been urged to be prudent in managing their personal finance.
Director Three Admin and Human Resources NDDC, Mr. Stephen Anele who came up with this at the ongoing Personal Financial Management Training in Port Harcourt Rivers State, told participants of the need to manage their funds to avoid going into debts.
Mr. Anele while advising those that obtained loans to service them reminded them that punishment for financial embarrassment to the commission may lead to termination of appointment.
Similarly the facilitator, Catherine Kadiri explained that the training would expose participants to best financial management strategies and investment opportunities.
Mrs. Kadiri maintained that it was dangerous to live a fake life to impress society.
Speaking on the Psychology of Debt, Understanding money mindset, one of the resource persons, Comfort Alexander stated that debt causes anxiety, stress, shame among others.
