NDDC MD, ENJOINS STAFF TO IMBIBE SAVING CULTURE

Managing Director Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC, Dr. Samuel Ogbuku has enjoined staff of the commission to imbibe saving culture.
Dr. Ogbuku who gave the administration at the ongoing Personal Financial Management Training in Port Harcourt Rivers State, told them that the training was put up to educate them on financial freedom and debts management.
The managing Director who asked staff to take the training serious, advised them to avoid show off and extravagant lifestyle.
While emphasizing the importance of investment, the MD identified financial freedom as antidote to anxiety and depression.
The Chief Executive Officer of the interventionist agency while giving assurance of management’s commitment towards staff welfare, he stressed on financial literacy for better management of personal funds.
The NDDC boss acknowledged the importance of diligent work force and urged staff to put in their best to enable the commission fulfil its mandate on the development of Niger Delta region.
Dr. Ogbuku reminded participants that reckless spending above their means may bring disrepute to the individual as well as the commission.
