The Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has lauded the founder and General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor William Kumuyi, for his contribution to the body of Christ, and the expansion of God’s kingdom by bringing inspiring messages and good news to the State.
Governor Eno stated this at the Global Sunday Worship Service of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry to mark the end of the Global Crusade, at the Deeper Life Campground, Uyo.
Referencing Isaiah 52:7, “How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of the messenger who announces the good news,” the Governor commended the renowned clergyman for hosting the Global Crusade with Kumuyi GCK, in Akwa Ibom State.
Governor Eno said the visit of Pastor Kumuyi to Akwa Ibom has brought great blessings to the State and its people, and expressed hope that the blessings with its attendant benefits will continue to remain in the State
In his message on the theme, “Fresh Anointing for A New Beginning,” culled from Psalm 23, Pastor Kumuyi admonished Christians on the need to live everyday in the anointing of the Lord, adding that the anointing of the Lord is what enables believers to prevail.
Pastor Kumuyi noted that some of the benefits of the anointing include good positioning of accepted sons and daughters, protection and preservation of acknowledged saints and disciples, and permanence in paradise.
