New General Manager, Radio Nigeria Bronze FM, Benin City, Comrade Victorson Agbenson says he will leverage on the legacy built by his Predecessor, Dr Abimbola Oyetunde to move Bronze FM to a greater height.
Comrade Agbenson stated this at a send forth party, organized for the outgone General Manager of the station, Dr Abimbola Oyetunde held at the premises of the station.
The event held at the premises of the station, in Aduwawa,Benin City had in attendance Heads of various Departments and other staff of the station.
In a remark, the New General Manager of the station, Comrade Victorson Agbenson described his predecessor, Dr Abimbola Oyetunde as a woman of impeccable character who has made tremendous impact to the growth and development of the station.
Comrade Agbenson promised to build on the existing legacy of his Predecessor to move the station to a greater heights and appealed to staffers to do their work deligently.
“as we approach things here, let’s us not be simplistic, let us be solution driven, there is what’s called Solution Journalism, we are emphasing that now in Journalism , Media studies , so lets be solution driven. If there are issues, if there are structural issues we must be holistic in looking at them ,so I have an idea of the challenges, we are going to confront them together and God will give us victory as will continue to move ahead “.
Outgone General Manager of Bronze FM, Dr Abimbola Oyetunde appreciated staffers of the station for their support during her tenure as General Manager in the past nine and half Years and urged them to extend their support to the New General Manager, Mr Victorson Agbenson “You have given me your best because a tree cannot make a forest, Please extend your hands of Fellowship to the new General Manager, Comrade Agbenson “
Some staffers, Austin Ineh, Henry Onovwwghare, Efosa Osamwonyi, Igein Ezekiel among others recounted their good experiences with the outgone General Manager, Dr Abimbola Oyetunde and wished her the very best in her future endeavors .
Highpoint of the event was the presentation of gift , prayers and group photograph by staffer with the outgone General Manager of Bronze FM, Benin City.
