A Security Expert, Mr. Jackson Lekan-Ojo, has advised that Police orderlies attached to expatriates working with various companies in the country, should not be withdrawn from them.
Mr. Lekan-Ojo, who was reacting to President Bola Tinubu’s directive that Police men attached to important personalities in the country should be withdrawn, noted that withdrawing security men attached to the expatriates, would expose them to several security risks including kidnapping.
Mr. Lekan-Ojo, who emphasized that the directive should be limited to politicians, warned that if any expatriate is kidnapped as a result of the withdrawal of their security men, it would adversely affects Nigeria’s economy.
On the ban on open grazing of cattle throughout the country, Mr. Lekan-Ojo who commended the ban, however said President Tinubu should made the pronouncement after due consultation with the state governors.
The Security expert explained that the ban on opening grazing of cattle can only be effective if all the state governors are carried along.
