The Outgoing Rivers State Commandant noted that when he was deployed to the State, the nation was producing about seven hundred barrels of oil per day, but presently oil production per day has gone up to about one point four million barrels per day.
He regretted that obtaining useful information was one of greatest challenges he faced, as they had to buy information sometimes to be able to bust criminal hideouts.
