The Executive Chairman of Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, Hon.Prince Godwin Ogorugba, has congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and the people of Delta State on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the state’s creation.
Ogorugba in a goodwill message marking the milestone, described Delta State’s 35-year journey as a remarkable story of resilience, growth and collective achievement.
He commended successive administrations, traditional rulers, community leaders and citizens for their contributions to the development of the state, noting that Delta had made significant progress despite the challenges encountered over the years.
The Isoko North Council Chairman said the anniversary provided an opportunity for Deltans to reflect on the achievements recorded so far while renewing their commitment to building a more prosperous and united state.
Ogorugba particularly applauded Governor Oborevwori for his developmental strides across the state, especially in infrastructure, human capital development and grassroots development.
He called on Deltans to continue to support the administration’s MORE Agenda, stressing that sustained unity, peace and cooperation remained essential to achieving greater development.
He wished Governor Oborevwori and the people of Delta State a memorable 35th anniversary celebration, expressing optimism that the state would continue to attain greater heights in the years ahead.
