The Director General of the Delta State Bureau for Orientation and Communications, Dr. (Barr.) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has congratulated Governor Sheriff Francis Orohwedor Oborevwori on his 63rd birthday, describing him as an iconic leader whose immeasurable foresight and unwavering commitment have continued to shape the development of Delta State.
Oghenesibve in a goodwill message issued in Asaba, said Governor Oborevwori’s leadership journey reflects resilience, humility, dedication to public service, and a clear vision for sustainable progress.
He noted that the governor’s achievements since assuming office have reinforced his reputation as a transformational leader who understands the needs of the people and has consistently translated his vision into tangible development across the state.
According to him, the implementation of the M.O.R.E Agenda has provided a practical framework for inclusive growth, meaningful reforms, improved peace and security, and accelerated development in Delta State.
Oghenesivbe highlighted the administration’s investments in critical infrastructure, including the construction and rehabilitation of roads, bridges, and drainage systems, saying the projects have enhanced connectivity, boosted economic activities, and improved the standard of living in many communities.
He also commended the governor’s commitment to education, healthcare, youth and women empowerment, entrepreneurship, job creation, and social welfare programmes, noting that these initiatives are expanding opportunities for citizens while laying the foundation for long-term prosperity.
The Bureau Chief further praised Governor Oborevwori’s prudent management of state resources, fiscal discipline, and inclusive style of governance, saying they have strengthened public confidence and reinforced Delta State’s position as one of Nigeria’s most stable and progressive states.
