The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that candidates who sat for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) can now access their results through official SMS channels and the Board’s online portal.
Over one million candidates registered for the examination nationwide. JAMB has reiterated its commitment to making result-checking accessible through its mobile-based service.
How to check 2025 UTME results via SMS
To check their results, candidates must use the same mobile number they used during registration. JAMB has designated two official numbers for the SMS service: 55019 and 66019.
Candidates are advised to send “UTMERESULT” to either number to receive their scores via text message. Standard SMS charges apply.
JAMB also urged candidates to avoid unofficial result-checking platforms and rely solely on the approved channels for accurate information.
