The Super Falcons of Nigeria are set to receive a sum of $200,000 from CAF as a reward for their qualification to the WAFCON knockout stages.
Adding to this, the players have the opportunity to earn an additional ₦150,000,000 if they make it to the semifinals.
I genuinely hope that the financial rewards the Super Falcons receive are managed with integrity and transparency.
It’s crucial that this money directly benefits the players and the team’s development, rather than being diverted elsewhere.
