
American Wrestling star with stage name, ‘Hulk Hogan’ and real name Terry Gene Bollea, has passed away. He died on July 24, 2025, at the age of 71 in Clearwater, Florida, due to cardiac arrest at his home.
Paramedics responded at around 9:51 AM; he was taken to Morton Plant Hospital, then officially pronounced dead at 11:17 AM.
His passing was confirmed by the WWE and reported by major outlets like People, Entertainment Weekly, CNN, and TMZ.
Hogan was a six-time WWE champion and iconic figure in the 1980s wrestling boom, widely credited for popularizing professional wrestling worldwide.
Despite recent rumors about serious health issues, his wife and manager said he was recovering well from surgeries. His friend Jimmy Hart had even described him as looking “phenomenal” just two days before.
