Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara has sworn in Mr. Benibo Anabraba as the Secretary to State Government.
Speaking during the swearing in ceremony at government house Port Harcourt, Governor Fubara charged the newly appointed Secretary to State Government to utilize his new position to defend the interest of the state and ensure that things are done the right way.
The Governor urged Mr. Anabraba to bring to bear his experience as a former lawmaker and use his position to rebuild trust in governance which would ensure the people of the state enjoy the dividends of democracy.
Mr. Anabraba who replaced Professor Lucky Worika as Secretary to Rivers State Government is the third SSG since the election of Governor Siminalayi Fubara in 2023.
